Background
❀ Charlie was born to Lilith and Lucifer as Charlotte Mae Morningstar on January 3rd in 1820. She was always a cheerful child, though when separated from her father, she started growing aloof from the rest of Hell. She never lost her child-like lack of emotional-intelligence due to being heavily sheltered. She is regarded by the citizens of Hell as a “waste of space” due to her pacifist views. She dated Seviathan Von Eldritch for a while, though they split up when Charlie began expressing her wish to help sinners. Charlie got a hold on an old Morningstar Hotel to start the “Happy Hotel.” For a couple years, Charlie worked hours alone in the hotel, until she came across Vaggie. The rest from the Pilot through S1 is true.❀ Charlie went to college when she was 180 and graduated top of her class when she was 184. She has multiple awards and degrees that don't mean much in Hell, but she loves to talk about them.❀ Charlie had a few mishaps when she was younger, including her first time getting drunk accidentally burning down a Goetian manor (one of the lesser known Goetia, but she was a younger Princess.)❀ When Charlie was going through her “emo” Charlie phase, Charlie was 150.
Goals
❀ Charlie’s biggest goal is to end the extermination by redeeming sinners, but is starting to learn that it’s not going to be that simple.❀Her most important goal is to keep her family and her people safe. She would do practically anything to protect Hell from anything that could potentially ruin her home.
Personality
❀ Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible.Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her hellborn peers, can also make her naïve to many of the harsh realities that appear to stand in the way of her potential success - something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blinkered, sunny optimism.This can also cause her to rush headlong into the initial stages of her plans without much preparation (her prompt list before her big news appearance reading only "unicorn kisses, dolphin high fives, sing showtunes = happy ending?"). Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads. She appears to take perceived failures hard, as she believes her heartfelt theatrical passion should be enough to bring people over to her way of thinking, and is disheartened when it's not as simple as she imagines. She openly admits during a dejected voicemail to her mother that she doesn't actually know what she is doing, or how to make her plan for reforming sinners work in practice. Despite being sweet and lacking "street-smarts", this doesn't make Charlie a pushover or stupid. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she has no hesitation in standing up for herself, or even rolling up her sleeves to physically fight back. Swearing is also something that's generally not part of her vocabulary and she doesn't cuss all the time, but she is not above letting a few cuss words slip. Charlie also displays some grounding in her idealism, understanding that not all demons can be redeemed, or even likely to change for the better. She displays sensible hesitation when confronted with an ambiguous deal from Alastor, the notorious Radio Demon, refusing the shake his hand and using her status to make demands of him (albeit with some sheepishness).

Powers and Skill Set
Light Manipulation
Description:Charlie is able to manipulate light. Not to a great extent and it is not something she uses often. When she does use it, she uses the power to create rainbows or give something a small glow.Limitations:Charlie does not have this power well defined in her abilities and is not able to bend light to the length that most would think she is able to. She would be able to blind people if she figured out how to, but due to her pacifist ways, she doesn't care to learn.
Shapeshifting
Description:Charlie has the ability to shapeshift, this includes the ability to grow and hide her horns, tail, and change the shape and size of her body parts, but she always needs to return to her original state.Limitations:Charlie is not knowledgeable on how to shapeshift for a long time or not have it controlled by her emotions. With training from Lucifer, she'd be able to master the ability and use it to help her get into other demons heads for the day (metaphorically speaking.)
Pyrokinesis
Description:Charlie has the ability to control fire and this not only shows in the ability she has to create fire from her hands but also the control of pyrotechnics including making fireworks from her fingers.Limitations:Charlie is not able to cause harm to hellborn with her fires as they are similar to the fires on Earth and cannot harm them. She can, however, harm sinners with this power.
Summoning
Description:Charlie is able to summon items to her.Limitations:
Charlie again is not very developed in this power and currently can only summon smaller items within the same room as her. She can only and will only be able to summon items that are not sentient beings. She cannot summon any items in someone’s hands and with further training would be able to summon items she knows what it looks like and knows the general area of in the Pride Ring.
Glitter
Description:Charlie is able to create glitter from her hands and is her most well developed powers of all her powers.Limitations:She can't magically clean it up.
Siren Song
Description:Charlie has the ability to influence people through her music. While not able to control people, she can easily sway their opinion and the longer they are able to listen, the more likely they are to agree with her. The people swayed by her singing are able to put the thoughts on how something would work or how it would go wrong based on what Charlie is trying to convince the person of. It is not an obvious feeling and is quite subtle, merely planting thoughts/images in the person’s minds.Limitations:
If the person she is trying to sway is not actively listening to her song, she is not able to get her ideas into their head. They are likely to not be swayed in any way. She is not aware she has this ability either. The song will never be able to completely cover a person’s beliefs and it can take months to change a person's opinion even slightly if they are firmly against the beliefs Charlie is trying to push.
Immortality
Description:Due to being a royal hellborn, Charlie has the gift of being immortal.Limitations:The only things that is able to kill or harm Charlie permanently (including leaving scars) are angelic weapons. Angelic rope will also cancel out any of her magic.
Princess of Pride
Description:As the princess of Pride, Charlie’s powers are strengthened by the pride of the people around her whether in a negative sense or positive one.Limitations:Charlie is not able to feed off any other sins and her powers will wane around people who lack pride, this includes herself.
Hand to Hand Combat
Description:Charlie learned to fight from a young age for protection and is rather good at it too, she just refuses to use her ability if she can help it.
Singing
Description:Charlie is an excellent singer, with several awards from her college for her singing in plays. (They mean near next to nothing but Charlie is proud of them.)
Dancing
Description:Charlie is an excellent dancer and used her skills on stage when she was in college. Charlie often chooses to dance from place to place over just walking or running.
Crafts
Description:If it's a craft, Charlie probably knows how to do it. If she has an idea for something, she will learn how to do it, this includes woodworking, patchwork, sewing, and anything else. She is not the best of artists, but she does like drawing.

♡ Lucifer and Charlie may have their differences in how they see and treat sinners, but Charlie has never been more happy than when she has him around now. She is willing to do anything for her dad (save it be regarding her friends or hurting people with little reason) and is more than happy that her dad has found someone to love (albeit it, out of her hotelier.) She hates keeping secrets from him, but she does have her own secrets.

♡ Charlie sees Angel like a brother, and is quick to soothe or talk to whenever he has questions. Charlie loves Angel Dust dearly, even if she is sometimes blind to how her optimistic carelessness could make him feel.

♡ Charlie and Vaggie had a strong connection for a very long time, but after Charlie’s experience in the meeting in Heaven with Vaggie, Charlie’s emotions were too much for her and her emotions for Vaggie began to wane as she wasn’t able to see anyone the same as she was before. Charlie would still do anything for Vaggie, and still loved her. But not the same love that it used to be.

♡ Charlie has watched over Kris and protected Kris from Vox for a while, providing housing for the sinner. Charlie cares deeply about Kris and has saved Kris on multiple occasions.

♡ Charlie does not know Papermint well but does have good opinions of him; she was quick to find the eel sinner on her list of sinners to talk to more.

♡ Charlie's feelings regarding Aspen are difficult, while he was quick to insult her without knowing her, she was never one to judge based on that. But he refused to listen to her when she said she was tired. She is working on mending the broken relationship that existed without her knowledge.

Maybe it was just something she had to sit on? No– no. It didn't make sense. Rosie said it herself, Vaggie proved every day that she loved Charlie and sure, it was obvious, but something in Charlie said she was wrong in their relationship.There wasn't a reason it should be her, at all, it didn't make any sense for Charlie to suddenly want to push Vaggie away and it didn't make sense for Charlie to refuse to make love with the angel at night.
